Abstract (EN)

common agriculture policy of the EU with its development process, reforms carried out the development of Turkish agriculture, differences between the applications and the adjustment activities form the main subject of the tudy.with the formation and development of Common Agricultul Policy the required alterations and the adjustment process in the growing geography with the participation of new member countries, the support practices and the efforts of Turkey in the subject of agriculture on the way to full membership of Turkey and the differences betweenthem are of great importance with in the study.the changing technology, the differences in the agricultural practise methods, tendency towards the products that are in line with the requirements converted the approach of the EU to the Common Agricultural Policy at the beggining and its observed that the resulted in the excess product, increase in the stock costs and reforming the policies that were being practiced.Due to the given supports, the product and the producer based direct payments realized and the agreements signed within the duration of the changes of structural reforms for Common Agricultural Policy practices that fell short of their mark and became very difficult to overcome with because of the participation of new member countries caused new practices to be put in use.This study focuses on the agricultural practices in Turkey, the studies on adjustment to the EU Agricultural Policy and the deficiencies due to the effects of off the record production. it is also calls forth the factors that negatively effect the productivity in the agricultural products and its effects on the agricultural sector and the plane of their countries in the commerce of agricultural products
