Abstract (EN)
In the past half-century, one of the most important issues in the world, and especially in Turkey, is immigration phenomenon. The Republic of Turkey has faced with many waves of immigration since its founding. These social replacement movements have important effects on the economic, social and politics of the states. In order to cope with these effects, it is inevitable to produce a wide range of immigration policies in terms of immigration and immigration issues in Turkey. Especially in the beginning of the harmonization process of the European Union from the year 2000, as well as the fact that the issues related to international migration and immigrants in the 21st century should be from the main points of the state and public administration, the Republic of Turkey's public policies on immigration parallel to European Union legislation, an important step has been taken in. The increase in immigration around the world is not only a problem among the European countries themselves, but also faced immigration from outside the borders of the member states. In this framework, the creation of a collective policy among the countries within the European Union community has become very crucial. In this study, It should be sent to the immigrants who entered illegally to our country from other states and Turkey via other countries to be used as a tool to enable sending of illegal outbound migrants "Readmission Agreement" through irregular migration and again reflected in Turkey irregular migration under this agreement the EU - signed between Turkey and back acceptance agreement.
