The comparative evaluation of Europian Union and Turkey application in terms of wages and inflation

In 21st century, people concern about wages on choosing their work and job. They prefer a work in which they can gain more wage to their current low waged work. To equalize wage level for both employer and employee becomes problem and arrangements are tried to make advantages of both of them. Of course there are lots of factors which determine the wage level and inflation comes first in all of these factors. What is taken into consideration on detecting wage level, which wage policy is implemented in which economical atmosphere is analyzed comparatively with European Union countries in this study. The subject of this Project is generally about the Social Policy of European Union. So that?s why the wage level is analyzed in the context of European Union in this study. Local and foreign sources are examined carefully and during the working many of them are used. By means of researches and knowledge?s, Turkey`s wage determining policies are adaptable with the European Unions.Keywords: Wage, inflation, social policy, wage policy
