The compliance of the medicine sector and thw enviromental policies during the adaptation process EU

From present day to the coming generation; the sine qua non requirement for the humanbeings survival in healty conditions, depends on the protection of the environment and the ecological earth. In this thesis, the history of environmental conscience was examined on an international basis The European Union?s environmental policies and the environmental law was taken into account with the reasons of their formation. Aim of this thesis is Doing the analysis for medicine sector and have an interview with this firms which are in this sector, examined policies during the adaptation and adaptation efforts. While doing this examination, the priority on the obligations of Turkish Environmental Law in accordance with the European Union?s Public Acts came into stage. For this reason, the control and the sanction process of these rules were investigated not only with the basic problems like the technical hardware, substructure, experienced staff and the lack of sources but also the basic problems of judgement , burequcracy and the complexity of authorisation process between different associations. Since the idea of signing new aggrements on International Environmental Law and revising Turkish Environmental Law will not be enough for a full European Union adaptation, this thesis examined the Environmental Associations and Conservation-Minded Services that help the community to adopt environmental consciousness. Therefore, in the thesis; the birth and the development of the Societies for the Protection of the Environment, International Associations and the Domestic Associations; with their affects and roles on the formation of the environmental policies were examined in a historic chronicle and in details, besides the functions of the non-governmental organizations are mentioned. The historical existence of the environmental consiousness in an international level and the environmental policies written in Turkey during the adaptation period to the EU and the adaptation of the medicine sector to these policies are the main topics in this thesis, what is more the analysis of the medicine sector and interviews with such firms are accomplished in order to analyse the respect, compliance and efforts of the firms for the adaptation to these kinds of policies.
