Abstract (EN)

In this context, since the earliest periods of history, human communities have suffered from natural disasters, famine, oppression, oppression, poverty. They have had to abandon their place for various reasons and to live in other lands. However, during these periods immigration has been seen as a more natural and spontaneous process, but since the 15th century, it has attained an unprecedented speed and mass. For three centuries after this date, colonialism has embarked on the transfer of a great slave, thus demographic structures of America and Europe have been shaped. Another important factor in this context is industrialization. With industrialization, the reasons that caused the earthquake were diversified. Economic needs, meeting the need for labor, environments of political instability, repressive regimes in the age of nation state, wars are new causes of migration in this new period. The aim of this study; the European Union's immigration policy has been identified and developed as the study of border security in relations with Turkey. In this context; The concept of migration, the causes of migration, why be a target country for immigrants to the European Union, the European Union's immigration policies have been reviewed literature related to border security in relations with Turkey. As a result, there are various problems between the countries that have migrated and the countries that are in transit. International cooperation in order to prevent problems caused by migration. It was concluded that the collaborations made should be improved.
