Civil acts in Turkey with the decisions of the Court of Human Rights

In this thesis, civil society actions were examined in line with the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. Lessons were drawn from the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. First, the concept of civil society is explained. Then, the historical development of the concept of civil society is explained. After a thorough understanding of civil society, we tried to explain the civil disobedience which is close to the action of civil society It was noted that the effects of globalization and the concept of civil society action have undergone a change. The Supreme Court tried to determine how the approach to meeting and demonstration right was. The suitability of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals to the case law of the European Court of Human Rights was discussed. In 2010, it was tried to determine which criteria the Constitutional Court evaluated in relation to civil society action by bringing individual application to the Constitutional Court. The European Court of Human Rights has focused on the violation of the decisions given about Turkey and has tried to determine what the problem is in terms of our country.
