Abstract (EN)
In this study, the European Convention on Human Rights and the 1982 Constitution; It was examined in terms of freedom of science, art and expression, and the difference between freedom of science and art and freedom of expression was investigated. In the study, discussions were carried out, accompanied by certain questions, on the necessity of separating the freedoms of science and art from freedom of expression. In this context, the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court has been criticized. Key Words : Freedom of Science and Art, Freedom of Expression, Separation of Freedom of Science and Art from Freedom of Expression.
