Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to examine the management models of the European Football Market and to present a model proposal that can be applied within the Turkish Football Market after the examination. In this context, in order to reach applicable suggestions within the Turkish Football Market, besides the literature review including the European Football Market management models, the European Club Association Management Guide was examined through a form and the content was evaluated. After this evaluation, an applicable model proposal has been presented in the Turkish Football Market. In order to meet the purpose of the research, Grounded Theory study was carried out within the scope of qualitative research. The importance of this study is that it is a study prepared on the deficiencies and needs seen in the Turkish Football Market. It is aimed to be a source for the modern management model and understanding that is envisaged to be created in the Turkish Football Market. The fact that a similar study has not been done before and that it provides a preliminary qualification will contribute to the literature. It is hoped that it will be developed over time, its scope will be increased and it will make a positive contribution to the Turkish Football Market.
