Abstract (EN)

European Company (Societas Europaea), a formation the European Continent has deliberated on for many years, was worked out by a regulation adopted by the European Union Council (2157/2001/EC). By means of this formation of corporation, undertakings have a right to operate and to posses credits and obligations. Since the begining years of the idea was raised, the idea concerning the worker involvement has been disputed together with the idea of European Company; moreover, not coming to an agreement about worker involvement between the member states highly caused the delay of legal contraction of the European Company.This study is composed of three sections. On the section one the definition of the European Company and it?s historical background; on the section two the definition of involvement and thoughts of involvement in various sciences and finally on section three the employee involvement in the European Company regarding 2001/86/EC, the directive, took place.
