Abstract (EN)
In our article ,attorney's (being a part of jurisdiction) quality of service based on the attorney contract/agreement between sides ; the difference between the attorney agreement and proxy contract; the debt and liability burdened to the attorney have been studied. Positive damage or if there is non financial damage accured as a result of any contradiction to the debt or liability mentioned above is emphasized.
