Lawyer's professional liability insurance

In our study, the Turkish Commercial Code and the attorney's profession also examined the concept of liability insurance.Gaining importance day by day practice was not common in our country, but the concept of professional liability insurance, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, dated 13.1.2011 with the Traffic Law No. 6085 No. 2918 Road Traffic Act which replaced it with the application of the law has found. Professional Liability Insurance toward the end of the 19th century, the concept started to gain weight increase in the importance of insurance law. Application area which is quite common in Europe, professional liability insurance, to protect the owners of different professional groups are employed against occupational risks.Occupational groups in this study, emphasis is on advocacy groups, lawyers encounter when performing procedures, not for damages, the damages that occurred because of people's assets is intended to prevent dropped. Professional life of lawyer's negligence, carelessness, inexperience, or the wrong interpretation of the law because of the work undertaken by third parties could damage the item. Modern life, with ongoing innovation in technology and new applications are increasing returns is needed. The lawyer's professional liability insurance is the nature of the new developments in the protection shield against the lawyer.Although people do not want insurance on the basis of law for damages incurred because of the people to their professional activity because of the need for preventive measures has emerged the concept of professional liability insurance. The resulting damage becomes costly and takes longer to apply to the court because of the people. Looking at it this way as soon as possible to meet their financial losses of direction in terms of continuation of its professional liability insurance and professional institutions have been proposed. The first part of my work, liability insurance, and elements of the concept, development, legal nature and the risks mentioned. The formation of liability insurance, and the importance of place in the system, is mentioned.The second section focuses on the concept of professional liability insurance, and legal nature of the mentioned properties. Indicated that the formation of policy and regulation of professional liability insurance. Occupational risks and the risks of legal arrangements for the harms caused investigated. The third section, the lawyer's professional activities, obligations and properties, according to professional liability insurance coverage can be held within the scope of damages laid in front of the eye.The fourth and last section, the lawyer's professional liability insurance, the parties touched upon the legal nature of the contract, professional liability insurance, compared with the benefits and drawbacks.
