Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out to determine the flora of area between Galer- Ceymakçur Plateau, the region honeys pollen, sugar and moisture analysis. The 131 genera and 228 taxa belong to the 48 families were determined. 6 taxa are represented in Pteridophyta and 222 taxa belong to the Spermatophyta division. The 3 taxa belong to the Gymnospermae subdivisio and 219 taxa were represented in Angiospermae subdivisio. The endemism ratio is % 5,26 . The distribution of the taxa determined in the studied areas according to the phytogeographic regions were found as Euro-Siberian elements were 244 (% 67,54), Irano-Turanian elements were %2,19. Mediterranean elements weren?t found. Widely distrubuted taxas ratio were % 29,92 The largest five families in the studied areas were found as following; Asterceae (25 takson), Rosaceae (16 takson), Scrophulariceae (14 takson), Lamiaceae (12 takson) ve Poaceae (10 takson). Pollen, sugar and moisture analysis were performed on 41 samples that collected from the region between Ayder and Ceymakçur Plateaus in August 2012. Following the pollen identification in the samples, 36 taxon were detected. The pollen analysis revealed 5 unifloral and 36 multifloral honeys. The dominant group of pollens Castanea sativa were detected in all samples. Seconder pollen was detected in only one sample and this was identified as Brassicaceae. Total pollen number in 10 grams of honey was variable between 3438 and 87056 and only honeys which had regular and a few pollens were analysed. Variable amounts of bacterial spores were detected in 10 samples. Bee stamp in 2 samples and bee hair in an another sample were detected. Furthermore, the amount of moisture in the samples were variable between 16.4% and 20.9%. Fructose was calculated between 14,05-52,82%. Glucose was calculated between 14,31-49,24%.
