Abstract (EN)

In this study, the design and cost analysis of a photovoltaic system which will meet the electric energy requirements of the constructions having self-producing electric potential has been aimed. Within this scope, based on a construction in Aydın, period of redemption was calculated by taking into consideration the energy consumption values of the electrical devices in the constructions, needed panel areas, battery capacities and such kind of technical values and plant construction and operating cost. As the study was planned by means of observing electrical consumption and electricity generation values momentarily, it was planned in the way of permitting some devices' usage periods or in the correct usage time in a day. With this program that permits the changes of scenario for operating the devices (washing machine, dishwasher), which run in the time periods in which the electrical consumption is excessive, in more appropriate time periods in which the electrical consumption is less, it was found that anticipated photovoltaic system could redeem itself in 11 years. Its characteristic of being cheaper than the means electricity shows that the photovoltaic system is practicable
