Abstract (EN)

Today, new methods have been used in lighting with the rapidly evolving technology. The LED lighting has been the most interested recently. In this thesis, the problems were detected in the LED lighting with the matrix connection of LED and the processes and methods were examined and tested to eliminate, or to minimize these problems. In this study, PIC16F877 controller was used. The 10x10 LED matrix, matrix driver circuit and microcontroller circuit were designed for the experiments. The experiments were performed in the closed cabinet to eliminate the effects of the external environment. In the experiments, the variables of voltage, scanning frequency, scanning method, the task period and ambient temperature were changed with hardware and software. Then the received data were recorded and discussed.
