Abstract (EN)
Ayfer Tunç, who is one of the important artists in the field of literature has nine novels written until today. Ayfer Tunç is sophisticated in many branches of science. Ayfer Tunç's novels it deals with the individual's life, experiences and conflicts, and most of these experiences are occurs through the body. For that matter, there is a great relationship between literature and the body. When Ayfer Tunç's novels "Kapak Kızı, Suzan Defter, Bir Deliler Evinin Yalan Yanlış Anlatılan Kısa Tarihi, Yeşil Peri Gecesi, Dünya Ağrısı, Âşıklar Delidir ya da Yazı Tura, Osman, Kuru Kız" are examined, the mentality of the society is understood. In the novels of the author, the projections of concepts such as sexuality, pain and violence, which she deals with together with the image of the body are seen. In history, it is possible to see the traces of the changing body perception with social, cultural, etc. factors in these novels. This thesis study aims to reveal the representation of the body in Ayfer Tunç's novels structural analysis method. In the study, it was seen that the body is not only a physical entity but also the center of narrative. The change in body perception in history has been shown by source research. Body perception is the result of a cultural accumulation. In Ayfer Tunç's novels, it has been concluded that the body has a relationship with culture, repressed emotions and social norms
