Abstract (EN)

This study aims to examine the effect of AYZERA (Smart Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Algorithms) awareness on employees' innovative work behavior, as well as the moderating role of perceived organizational support in this relationship. In today's business world, where digital transformation is accelerating, artificial intelligence applications, automation systems, and algorithms are not only increasing the efficiency of business processes but also reshaping employee roles, job descriptions, and psychological experiences in the workplace. In this context, awareness of technological developments emerges as a critical factor influencing employees' responses to change. The integration of technology into work life offers employees opportunities such as taking on creative tasks, transitioning into strategic roles, and acquiring digital skills. However, it also brings challenges like job insecurity, the pressure of continuous learning, and the need to adapt to change. At this point, innovative work behavior is influenced not only by individual traits but also by the level of support employees perceive from their organizations. Employees who feel valued and supported are more open to change and more inclined to develop innovative solutions. The study was conducted using data collected through an online survey from 401 white-collar employees working in various sectors across Turkey. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 software. The findings indicate that AYZERA awareness has a significant and positive impact on certain sub-dimensions of innovative work behavior. Moreover, perceived organizational support has a direct effect on these behaviors and plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between AYZERA awareness and innovative work behavior. The results suggest that employees' adaptation to technological transformation is shaped not only by their awareness of technology but also by the support they perceive from their organizations. In this regard, organizations aiming to promote technology-driven innovation should strengthen their support mechanisms for employees. The study contributes both theoretically and practically by addressing the AYZERA concept comprehensively and examining it together with the perceived organizational support variable, which has been relatively underexplored in the literature.
