Özet (EN)
In this study, effect of a computer aided education program for semi-blind students on ability of visual perception is investigated. Application is performed with students of Mithat Enç Visually Disabled Primary School in Yenimahalle, Ankara. Through this research, Frosting Visual Perception test is applied. Computer aided education material is designed in accordance with the five perception steps stated by Frosting for supporting of visual perception development. Frosting visual perception test is applied for pre-test to unbiased selected control and experiment groups. In the following step, prepared computer aided education program is applied to the control group during normal education. In the last step, Frosting visual perception test is re-applied to the control and experiment groups. In evaluation of the results, no significant difference is measured in general for the last step tests, among both groups. However, when the results are compared for the five steps stated by Frosting, a significant difference of p<0.05 is measured between last tests of Eye Motor Coordination Development.
