ÇETİNKAYA, Büşra. Multidimensional Evaluation of the Knowledge Level of Employees of Less Hazardous Workplaces on Occupational Health and Safety: Çankırı Province Field Research, (Master's Thesis), Çankırı, 2024. In our country, occupational health and safety law no. 6331 aims to protect employees by covering all sectors. According to this law, workplaces; It is divided into three different risk levels: less dangerous, dangerous and very dangerous. For businesses with less than 50 employees and classified as less hazardous, the requirement to employ an occupational safety expert and workplace doctor has been postponed until December 31, 2023. The number of employees working in less hazardous workplaces in both the public and private sectors is quite high. This study was carried out taking into account the decision to postpone occupational health and safety practices of employees in less hazardous class workplaces. The research aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of employees in less hazardous workplaces about occupational health and safety, identify existing deficiencies and determine the measures to be taken to eliminate them. This research includes 221 personnel working in the public and private sectors working in less hazardous workplaces in Çankırı city center and districts. A 71-question survey was applied to the participants and the obtained data was evaluated with a statistical software. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that employees in less hazardous workplaces do not have sufficient awareness about occupational health and safety, current practices are incomplete and the importance of occupational health and safety measures cannot be fully understood due to the postponement of legal regulations. As a result of the research, it is recommended to make arrangements to create safe and healthy working environments in workplaces and to plan occupational health and safety training according to needs.
