Abstract (EN)

Difficulty between countries of having easy trade and the obstacles which wasappeared on capital course come to the end by the globalization. At the begining of 1990It was seen densely stock flowing from developed countries to developing countries.Those flowing capitals have an important role on increasing investments that influencegrows of country economy.In my thesis ?Foreign Investments in Azerbaijan Republic and research onRelations between Turkey and Azerbaijan? first of all I betray Economy of Azerbaijanin Soviet Union and latter. Lately I searched economical grows which began by theindependece and collaterally accomplished incitement and reforms by the government inorder to attract foreign investments.At the second part closely to globalization I discussed developing of directforeign investments in Azerbaijan Republic and it?s place, stucture and dispersion inAzerbaijan economy. Afterwards factors which effects country preference andencouragements given by government to attract direct foreign investments to country.Following direct foreign investments regional and sectoral distribution.Last part of my research related to mutual relations between countriesAzerbaijan and Turkey. Trkey?s direct investments in Azerbaijan and its effect ongrows of economy in Azerbaijan. Nowdays Azerbaijan becomes one of the mostimportant attractive country on attracting foreign direct investments with its affluentsubterranean and overhead sources. In this sense economical cooperation andassociations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
