In economy azerbaijan oil and the importance of disease in terms evaluation of the Netherlands

Azerbaijan is situated in the strategic region where the west and the east, the northand the south intersect, and the Europe meets with the Asia. The development of the oiltrade in the VIII th ? XI th centuries and the famous Silk Way?s passing throughAzerbaijan , which is being used even now, attracted the attention of the nearest and thefurtherest neighbours who had political or economical interests in this region in the historyand this interest continues till now. The collapsing of the late USSR which was the cause ofchange of the fate of the world, opened a new phase in the history of Azerbaijan.Unfortunatelly, the collapsing of the USSR didn?t result in Russia?s weakening control onthe 15 states especially, on the Caucasian region. As a matter of fact, the Karabakh problemis still unsolved. But, in the 1990s Azerbaijan Oil became the most important hotspot of theinternational investors as a result of developing economical relations. The economicalinterest resulted in ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenian war started since 1990,which lasts till now. Azerbaijan maintained very quick economical growth by means ofselling Azerbaijan oil to the world market evennotwithstanding the unsolved Jeopoliticalproblems. In this work, together with analyzing the importance of the oil in the economy ofAzerbaijan, 90% of the income on the oil has been analysed from the Hooland?s diseasepoint of view, the policies, applied by the government to this matter with greatsensitiveness, have been argued and the feasible practices have been detected as potentialproposals.
