Summarizing and evaluating of "Maârif ve Medeniyet" Journal (1923-1924) in national history of Azerbaijan

Since the earliest times in history, Azerbaijan and its geography have come under the rule of various nations. This situation negatively affected the education and civilization of the Azerbaijani people. The people of Azerbaijan XIX century, XX century, cultural, social and political sense has entered into a new structure. However, with the establishment of the Soviets, regression period has started. During this period, ways were sought to enlighten and raise public awareness. New schools were opened and newspapers were made for this purpose. These schools and newspapers supported the national struggle. In the scope of the thesis summarizing and evaluating the Journal of "Maârif ve Medeniyet" (1923-1924) in Azerbaijan National History. And "Maarif ve Medeniyet", which had not been studied before, was translated from Ottoman. At the same time summarized Enlightenment, civilization, science, education, the status of schools, etc. to investigate the subjects.
