Abstract (EN)
The positive and negative points - in law regulations which areaimed to prevent from the problems encountered at the point ofpresentation and payment of cheques- are researced with this study.Also, the problems which are issued from these cases are discussed inpoints of the Azerbaijan and Turkish laws.A specially, it is so beneficial that to touch a void points on topicjudicial feature of cheques, presentation and presentation duration ofcheques at Azerbaijan law. İt is necessary to find a admissible ways tosolve these problems with appreciate doctrine contentions. And in thisthesis there are some ideas adviced to solve legal solutions on voidpoints in Azerbaijan law and comperativly with Turkish law.Another section is named as payment of cheques. İn these proccesthe problems -which bearer is faced with- are tried to find admissibaleways with doctrine contentions. Also obligation of bank on payment ofcheques and positions which are bank not allowed to pay cheques arealso discussed around frame of doctrine contentions.Consequently, law regulations about cheques in point of twocountry current law are researced again and advised some thesis bothcurrent law.
