This study is formed by evaluation and transcription of B/157 number Bursa Sharriyah register which dated in 1725. The key point of the thesis is analyzing the judicial process and the order of management that is created. The Sharriyah registers are certainly significant for studying the history of Ottoman Empire's cities. The court records contain important information about law, administrative management as well as the social and economic structure that can be collected for any region that belongs to Ottoman Empire by analyzing these registers. In this research, three hundred and eleven court reports were translated from Ottoman Turkish to modern Turkish language, these are evaluated from the B/157 numbered Bursa Sharriyah register which creates the knowledge about Bursa's social, cultural and economic structure. This study has started by analyzing the history of Bursa followed by Sharriyah registers and Ottoman law. All the court records are used for various subjects with regard to classify and it's explained. In the first section, we are researching the administrative structure of Bursa. In the second section, the studies also emphasize social and cultural structure. In the third section, we are studying about the economic structure of Bursa.
