Abstract (EN)
Kazakhstan, with its new government structure brought along with independent state conception after 1991, is observed to be in an effort to become a country that maintains its development and persistence, and at the same time displaying active policies in the international field. Fundamentalism, in its current level of authority, is observed to have considerable effect on Kazakhstan's government policies and key indicators. This effect was evaluated by the Kazakhstan government, Nursultan Nazarbayev and with the behaviors of the Kazakhstan citizens. These evaluations and assumptions given in the introduction section of the study, began to see the daylight with findings resulting from a series of analysis and data described within the study. According to the study findings, the policies carried out with the intention of getting the fundamentalism hazard under control were analysed to be such as to effect both the national and the international field with regards to unity of the state and maintaining persistence. The authority of fundamentalism observed on especially the developing countries, which has a high potential to influence governments' domestic and foreign policy moves, puts forward the power of these countries on directing and formation of their policies. Found in the Middle East, Republic of Kazakhstan, being a country that has various religious and ethical structures, the reactions that it will show within the scope of fundamentalism, is seen to be closely related to the fate of the countries in the region. Actions that Kazakhstan government take so as to prevent the chaos environment from forming as in Afghanistan and Syria especially, it has been found that its different position in the region reached an observable level in terms of management by putting forward the features of Kazakhstan that separate it from the countries in the region. The study was made with the document scanning method. The main goal of the study is the description of the relationship between Kazakhstan's key indicators and the fundamentalism concept through various factors. At the same time, the study aims to combine a lot of valuable information within a single study and create a new humble source for the literature.
