Prof. Dr. Ercan NALBANTOĞLUThis research was made for designating the naturel plants using by Bahçeand Hasanbeyli (Osmaniye) people in 2004-2006.At the end of the interviews with region people, a total of 79 species belongto 33 families and 69 genera were determined that these plants are used for differentaims (food, medicine, house things, decoration things, paint and believes).Endemic and rare plant species using of the region people, according to theIUCN Red List Categories, Centaurea haradjianii, Chaerophyllum libanoticum,Micromeria fruticosa subsp. barbata and Thymus eigii are VU; Alcea apterocarpa,Crateagus aronia var. minuta and Helichrysum arenarium subsp. aucheri are LRlc;Alnus glunitosa subsp. antitaurica is LRnt; Ferula amanicola is EN; Sileneconfertiflora is DD.The first time, Cruciata taurica is recorded that used for milk fermentation.Key Words: Ethnobotany, Bahçe, Hasanbeyli, Medicinal Plants.II
