The habar theory and the hadith interpretation in Bâkillânî

Al-Bâkıllânî hijri is a scholar of great importance in systemizing the word of Ash'ari, who died in the first quarter of the fifth century. The author comes to the fore with his works written in the fields of theology and fiqh style. While copying the works in question, they were influenced by some scholars, but also others. In the first part of this study, it was tried to put forward the theories of al-Bâkıllânî and some of the scholars before it. In addition, it is known that al-Bâkıllânî's expressed his views on various issues of the hadith method. These views of the author were determined within the framework of the quotations made by him in his book titled al-Kifâye, which took an important place in the period of Hatîb el-Bâğdâdî. Al-Bâkıllânî in his works and the hadiths related to the Qur'an are discussed. In this context, the interpretation made by the author and the hadith interpretation method has been tried to be revealed based on these comments. If it is stated more clearly, the attitude of al-Bâkıllânî understandig the hadiths was tried to be determined. In addition, it has been tried to examine whether his hadith interpretations have an impact on hadith explanations. As a result of our study, it is believed that al-Bâkıllânî is generally in favor of using hadiths instead of rejecting them; In this direction, it was determined that he made tevıl. In addition, it was observed that the hadith comments he made were taken into consideration by the understandig of the hadith.
