A total of 122 individuals, 94 females with an average age of 30.14±6.97 years and 28 male physiotherapists with an average age of 33.82±8 years, participated in the study. After individuals' physical and socio-demographic information is collected via the 'Google forms method'; Their burnout was evaluated with the Maslach Burnout Scale, their job satisfaction with the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, their quality of life with the Nottingham Health Profile, their sleep quality with the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index, and their fear of movement/reinjury with the Tampa Kinesiophobia Fatigue Scale. Women had significantly higher Maslach Burnout Scale total score and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, Nottingham Health Profile total score, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score on pain, emotional reactions, social isolation, and energy subscales than men. Men's Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale external satisfaction score was significantly higher than women's. There were no significant differences between the groups in Maslach Burnout Scale personal accomplishment, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale total score and internal satisfaction, Nottingham Health Profile sleep and physical activity subscales, and Tampa Kinesiophobia Fatigue Scale total score. As a result, it was found that the Maslach Burnout Scale total score, Nottingham Health Profile total score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score of female physiotherapists working in Care, Rehabilitation and Family Counseling Centers were significantly higher than men. It was found that male physiotherapists' Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale external satisfaction subscale score was significantly higher than females. As a result of this study, we believe that it would be beneficial to make individual-specific plans, especially for female physiotherapists, to reduce their burnout and increase their job satisfaction, sleep and quality of life.
