Abstract (EN)

Due to increasing demand for metal, metal grade within the limited raw material is decreasing. Because of that, mankind is innovating new technologies to counter the increasing metal demand, gaining economical valued metals from the low grade raw materials.The aim of this work is to process copper cinder with mechanical activation within different spin speeds and different durations and retrieving the copper which is leached in different temperature, becoming soluable. Before the leach process, CU sample has been exposed to calcination with salt-additive. 2M sulfuric asid and 2M amoniac have been used for leaching process. After leaching process, solid-liquid seperation has been done and filtered solutions have been analyzed with the method explained below.solution has been added to cinder which has gone through the leaching process, so it let the iron that affected the titration process, to precipitate. After Fe precipitation, solid-liquid seperation is done. Subsequently, analyzing is done and with iron titration process within the solution, Cu gain rate has occurred between % 30 - % 30 range.
