Abstract (EN)
This study shows the results of the effects of the salt , copper, zinc, through the antioxidant enzyme while the lentil plant is growing. The lentil plantwhich has been grassed (Lens Esculenta) stressed also in differentconcentrations like NaCl, copper and zinc, also it has been lighted for 16 hoursand kept 8hours in dark growing circle. In the leaves of the lentil plant which the salt stress applied, it hasobserved that, the activity of the ascorbate peroxidase (p<0.05) is low, on theother hand activity of süperoxide dismutase (p<0.01), guaiacol peroxidase(p<0.01) and the levels of lipid peroxidation (p<0.05) is higher according to thecontrol group. Also it has been observed that the content of chlorophyll is decreasingwhile the toxicity is increasing according to the control group. In the lentil leaves which applied stress, it has observed that there hadbeen some damages after 7. day and also observed some decreases in thespeed of relative growing and the length of the body. The effects of copperstress through the lentil plant has been studied in the leaves and on the root .In the leaves of the lentil plant which the copper toxicity applied, it has beenobserved that the activity of süperoxide dismutase (p<0.01), guaiacolperoxidase (p<0.05) and the levels of lipid peroxidation (p<0.05) is high, but theactivity of ascorbate peroxidase (p<0.01) is lower according to the controlgroup. In the 21days stress period the roots of lentil plant which applied coppertoxicity, it has been observed that the activities of süperoxide dismutase(p<0.01) ,guaiacol peroxidase (p<0.05) and the levels of lipid peroxidation(p<0.01) increased but the activity of ascorbate peroxidase (p<0.01) decreasedaccording to the copper increase in control group. At the end of the 21. day it has been observed in the leaves of lentil plantwhich applied copper absense stress hat, the activities of süperoxide dismutase(p<0.05), guaiacol peroxidase (p<0.05) and the levels of lipid peroxidation(p<0.01) increased, the activities of askorbate peroxidase (p<0.01) and thecontents of chlorophyll decreased. At the end of 7. day it has been observed that the leaves of the plantwhich applied copper absence, that the relative growing speed and the lenght ofthe body has been decreasedThe effects of zinc in lentil plant have been observed on the roots and onthe leaves. At the end of 21. day in the leaves of lentil plant which applied zinctoxicity it has been determined that the activities of süperoxide dismutase(p<0.01) ,guaiacol peroxidase (p<0.05) and the levels of lipid peroxidation(p<0.05) has increased, the activity of askorbate peroxidase has decreased. Inthe 21 days stress period it has been also determined some decreases inchlorophyll contents (p<0.01) according to the increasing zinc concentration, also in the 7. day the relative group speed and the length of body somedecreases have determined.Acording to the increase of zinc concentration in the leaves of the lentilplant which applied stress the levels of süperoxide dismutase (p<0.01)askorbate peroxidase (p<0.05) has decreased according to the control group. Also it has been determined that the lengths of the roots of the lentil plant havebeen decreased according to the control group. In the leaves of the lentil plant which applied 21day absence stress, ithas been observed that the levels of süperoxide dismutase (p<0.05) and lipidperoksidation (p<0.01) have increased and the activities of ascorbateperoxidase (p<0.01) and guaiacol peroxidase (p<0.01) have decreasedacording to the control group. Also it has been observed some decreases in the total chlorophyllcontents (p<0.05) which applied zinc absence to the leaves of the lentil plant .Inthe 7. day , according to the decrease of zinc, some decreases have beendetermined in the growing parameters.Key Words: antioxidant enzymes, lentil (Lens esculenta), lipid peroxidation, metalstress, oxidative stress, salt stress.
