Attempts have been planned as threeseries and more than two hundered lebistes individuals have been used. Staticmethod which is one of the acute toxicity experiments has been used in thisstudy. Furthermore, behavioral changes of lebistes individuals exposed to?copper sulfate pentahydrate pesticide? have been determined. Findingsacquried with bioassay experiments of copper sulfate pentahydrate have beenevaluated on the computer based studies using Probit Analysis Method andcalculated for lebistes individuals as LC50 value during 96 hours has beencalculated as 2872,918 µg/L for lebistes individuals. Additionally, resultsobtained from copper sulfate pentahydrate experiment have been calculatedaccording to Behrens Karber and Trimmed Spearman Karber Methods.
