Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out for the aim of determine the effect of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) combination (Paenibacillus polymyxa RC14, Bacillus subtilis RC63 and Pseudomonas fluorescens RC77), organic poultry manure (OPM) (400 kg/da), 3 levels of mineral fertilizer ((NPK1 (8 kg/da N+5 kg/da P+8 kg/da K), NPK2 (16 kg/da N+7,5 kg/da P+16 kg/da K) and NPK3 (20 kg/da N+10 kg/da P+20 kg/da K)) and combination of these aplications on yield and quality of cauliflower under field conditions. The study was conducted as completely randomized block design and all treatment had four replication. Such as yield per decare, curd (weight, color and size), leaf (color, leaf area, leaf number and leaf yield) and plant characteristics (plant weight, stem diameter, stem height) were examined in the study. Also the periodical changes of soil bacterial population and chlorophyll contents, leaf dry matter, antioxidant enzymes (catalase, superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase) amounts, macro-micro nutrient elements compounds, soluble solids, nitrate and organic acids (oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, malonic acid, ascorbic acid, maleic acid, sitric acid and fumaric acid) in curd and nitrogen use efficiency according to applications were determined in the study. Considering the results of our study it were seen that the application of PGPR, organic poultry manure and mineral fertilizer more efficient when they were applied as combination and NPK2, NPK1xPGPR, NPK2xOPM and NPK1xPGPRxOPM applications among the application groups were found advisable for yield and quality parameters. Furthermore PGPRxOPM combination was advisable for efficiently using in organic agricultural producing.
