Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Bacterial vaginosis'li and lactobacilli isolated from healthy women, genital and rectal swab samples (duderlein bacilli) and genotypic identification of studying the properties of Bacterial vajinosis (BV) is the most common in women during puberty all over the world with complains of lower genital tract. They arise from the increase of anaerobic bacteria, Ecosystem degradation and decrease the protective lactobacilli in the vagina. They arise from causes such as pH increases Age, hormonal structure, frequent sexual intercourse, increased number of partners and vaginal douching. Its etiology is unknown. However, the reduction in lactobacilli is BV's characteristic feature. For this reason, in the treatment of BV, oral or vaginal lactobacilli additives are suggested in the way of alternative to antibiotic. Likewise, it is proposed that the Lactobacilli that forms flora inside the vagina are coming from rectum with neighborly relations. In this study, 40 healthy asymptomatic women, vaginal and rectal swab samples were taken to determine the distribution of species of lactobacilli and the incidence was evaluated using selective culture methods. Also to characterize lactobacilli, RAPD-PCR method has been tested for the first time as well as phenotypic diagnosis methods. PH measurement of vaginal swabs, KOH test, Gram smear preparations of women based on the evaluation criteria of Ison & Hay that included in the study were seen to have the findings of asymptomatic BV. Vaginal and rectal swab samples from women in 132 different bacterial colonies were suspected of lactobacilli. By crystal method, It is found that, 11 of that 111 species were belonged to different Lactobacilli species and according to results of characterization by RAPD-PCR method there were colonization with at least one species of Lactobacilli species in vagina of 28 (%70) women and in rectum of 31 (%77.5) women. In addition, the mostly colonized species were L. gasseri with 9 isolates and also this species were the second mostly isolated species from rectum. This species were also colonized in both vagina and rectum of 6 of women..Furthermore, 21 (75%) patients with rectal lactobacilli colonization of 28 were including at least one type of similar lactobacilli. As a result for the women in our region, Lactobacillus species colonizing the vagina and rectum are shown to be similar to a high rate and supported the thesis that lactobacilli colonize the rectum are vagina originated.
