Abstract (EN)

In this study, the presence/prevalence of acute bee paralysis virus (ABPV), black queen cell virus (BQCV) and deformed wing virus (DWV) infections were investigated by RT-PCR method. The prevalence of viral agents was detected to be DWV %74,19 (23/31), BQCV %25,81 (8/31) and ABPV %74,19 (23/31) in 31 samples collected from the sampling sites in Burdur region. Varroa parasites were also observed in the collected samples. The study showed that viral infections infect honey bees in Burdur province and have high prevalence rates for ABPV and DWV. These three viruses (BQCV, DWV and ABPV) are first seen for Burdur province in the this thesis.
