Hydrogeological study of The Balçova dam basin

In this studuy, hyrogeological basin investigation has been carried out to determine the quality and potential of groundwater of Balçova dam basin which is one of the most important water basins in İzmir. From the basin in the classification according to AHI, calcium-magnesium-sulfate-bicarbonate and calcium-sulfate-bicarbonatews water.In the study area all water in terms of the rations of arsenic has remained over determined limits.
