AN INVESTIGATION OF THE FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES OFRECIRCULATING AQUACULTURE SYSTEMS IN FISH PRODUCTIONABSTRACTIn this study, computer modelling to recirculating Aquaculture Systemsin applicability of fish production unit has been investigated by facilitating afreshwater fish production unit in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. Thissystem consists of waste collection unit, temperature controlling system andmixing unit so as to be controlled electromechanically and electronically.After six months long trial period, it is concluded that the system is successfulin freshwater fish production.Keywords : fish production, recirculating aquaculture system, computermodel.v
