Turkish literature is fed by rich branches beacuse the Turk?s spread on a wide geographical area across the nation. The reason why the Turkish literature still exist between the existence of a very different culture from north to South and east to west, as it reflects the richness of literary writers stems from their success. Turkish literature fed from the Balkan region was shaped like that. Turkish literature also began to develop together with The Ottoman Empire dominated on Kosovo?s land.Beacuse of the political and social activies throughout the history, the people who lived here was stucked between the land they lived. The Balkan Turks who stayed after the Ottoman lost its dominance in the Balkans, had to fight with big difficulties. Turkish literature on the field of development studies in the region influenced by the downturn has come to a standstill. The revival of the Turkish literature began in the Balkans in the 1960s, but has started to rise after 1980 can be realized. Significant improvements had also experienced especially in children's literature at Kosova with this rise. So that Kosovo's also growing Turkish children's literature has reached levels comparable to work in Turkey.
