Abstract (EN)

Key Words: Adremytteion ancient civilization, Inverse Method, Archeological excavation This study is carried out for tracing and making excavation of Adremytteion ancient civilization ruins in Balıkesir province, Ören archaeological site. Bergaz Tepe study area is located on very close to eastern part of in flood ancient port. Thinking as a very important residence in ancient times, this area was scanned by using archeogeophysical survey (magnetic and electric methods). In Bergaz Tepe we created 176 gridding points and from 704 points we obtained pure magnetic and electric method data. During inversion method we obtained subsurface 2D modelling. According to 2D modeling and interpretation, we discovered and imagined an ancient building which extents 3 meters below zero. To provide those results we made 13 area 2x2 meters archeological excavation. This study is significant for substantiate subsurface imaging and also for future archeogeophysical studies.
