Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to imagine Adramytteion ancient civilization undersurface. In this area there is church ruin remains where excavation process has beenapplied during previous archaeological studies. The study area is located on north-western part, 9.50 m far from this church. In this study area It is created 176 griddingpoints, 176 magnetic data and 320 resistivity data were taken from this griddingpoints. After magnetic and electrical survey, a circular structure was estimated with 4 m.diameter, under zero; top side 0.70 m., sub-bottom 4.70 m. and length 3 m. From thisstructure there is a polygonal structure was estimated after archaeogeophysical study. This structure is located on 10 m. away from northern part of circular structurementioned above. The polygonal structure has 110 m2 with the height of 4 m. (topside is 0.70 m., bottom 4.70 m. below zero)After preliminary archaeogeophysical imaging, archaeologists made their excavationwith 2 points 7x7 m. and 3 points 3,5x3,5 m. After excavation results it is obtainedthat circular structure was ?ceramic kiln? constructed in 5.-6. Century. 8 m. northernpart of this kiln, a wall was excavated with 1.85 m. thick that extends E-W direction. In 600 m2 study area, the excavation application was penetrated on totally 152 m2.During excavation survey, It could be easily observed that geophysical researchessupport excavation process and after correlation with geophysical modelling andexcavation.Key Words: Archaeogeophysics, Archaeometry, Resistivity, Magnetic.
