Bank and information technologies: A research on the use of internet and mobile banking

In the past, quality measurement, which is a concept that is valid only in the production sector, has been used in the service sector, which has increased its share in the world in recent years, and has become a concept of "quality of service" Together with the concept of service quality, the quality of the service offered by the customers to the customers has begun to be measured. The banking sector is also among the service sector and the service quality measurements in the traditional branch banking sector have been continuing from day to day. In the 90's, with the Internet being used in everyday life, businesses have begun to offer some services to their customers on the internet channel. One of the areas where information and technology make life easier is the banking sector. Nowadays, by means of internet banking and mobile banking, it enables customers to carry out many banking activities without going to bank branches, such as account opening, money transfer transactions such as money order and EFT, investment transactions and payment transactions. One of the increasing applications of banking services in recent years is mobile banking applications. The widespread use of internet and mobile banking services, which enable individuals to carry out banking transactions without being bound by time and space restrictions, has provided services for quality of service in these areas. In this study, internet and mobile banking use of individuals and mobile and internet banking service quality were determined.
