Obligation to keep customer's secret in banking law (in French Swiss and Turkish law)

In banking law, the obligation to keep the customer's confidential information is defined in the 73rd article of the banking law. The customer's secret in the banking law is the confidential information that those responsible for keeping these have acquired about the bank's customers or third parties. Customer confidentiality regulated in the 73rd article of the banking law of Turkish law was examined by comparing it with the regulations in French and Swiss laws. In this context, the concept of customer's secret, the basic legal regulations regarding the obligation to keep the customer confidentiality and the sanctions to be applied in case of violation of these regulations, the scope and exceptions of the obligation to keep the customer's secret constitute the main subjects of the study.
