Bank letters of guarantee

Bank letter of guarantee have been emerged as a result of coming together of beneficiary, drawee and the bank. As a result of beneficiary instructs to drawee, the bank that accepts the terms of reference, gives a letter of guarantee to drawee. After this point, letter of guarantee has been established between the bank and the drawee, and this will be independent from the basic relationship between the beneficiary and the bank. In commercial relations bank letter of guarantee provides assurance in partes. With the assurance that is provided by letter of guarantee, parties have opportunity for larger acting order. Also the bank with the concept of counter guarantee, expand the enlosure of recourse, after the fulfillment of commitments.
