SUMMARY GENDER DIFFERTIATION PROBLEMS OF WOMEN WHO WORK IN BANKING SECTOR (SAKARYA SAMPLE) Keywords: Business life, problems of women employees, banking sector In the study about the problems of women employees who work at banking sector. Here are the problems that women usually meet at business life wage injustice ness, problems that are collating at employing and promoting stage, work distribution, that taken in hand in the field of banking which is one of the sector that women densely work. Here are the reasons of selecting banking sector as a field of study. First of all in the view of essential variables such as public-private, big-small, traditional-contemporary, banking sector presents more opportunities the second reason is the idea that the coos about making private and indistinctness can prevent getting certain results in all public institutions except for banking sector in our country in this term. Thirdly banking is a sector in witch women work widely and densely but public end private institutions. Next due to the fact that women who work in banking sector do the same work like men do, both gender is rival for one another. The other is in the unit in which people that, consist sample events, are selected providing employment of women in all education level and finding women managers. The last one, banking sector with its established, institutional construction doesn't contain rough discrimination, so about sex discrimination banking sector creates an appropriate environment in order to exhibit futures problems not past or present.
