Abstract (EN)
The continuous development of globalization and technology, however the desire of companies working in the market to grow and to gain more profit cause a more dynamic structure of the competitive environment. Business have to pay attention to speed, cost and quality in products and service to attain competitive advantage in order to increase their own gains as well as by providing customer satisfaction and by creating customer loyalty in the long term. In this context, it is necessary their works to do by integrating supply chain structure and logistics systems processes with advanced systems technology-based. This study was conducted to investigate e-logistics and e-logistics in the banking sector.The study was conducted to investigate the importance of e-logistics in the bank branches in the banking sector in Malatya.
