Abstract (EN)
Technological development, intense competition between enterprises, changing customer needs and needs made it necessary to adopt customer relationship management approach by eliminating product-centered approaches. In this respect, it is aimed to reveal the opinions of the employees in the banking sector about customer relationship management. In this respect, it was questioned whether the opinions of the participants regarding customer relationship management were different according to their demographic characteristics. In this study, the survey method was used to reveal the difference. It was found that there was no significant difference between the participants' views on customer relationship management and demographic characteristics. Again, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the educational status of the participants and their knowledge about the concept and practices of customer relationship management and how they found the customer relationship management education. Finally, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the experiences of the participants and their knowledge about the concept and practices of customer relationship management, whereas there was a meaningful relationship between how they found the customer relationship management training.
