Abstract (EN)
One of the main ways for people with different needs to reach the money they need is a bank loan. The loans, which are one of the functions of the banks, are granted to the bank customers and are provided for the purposes they want to have as real and legal persons. While the loans are given to the customers, banks put in place a number of processes within the framework of their policies and laws. In these processes, intelligence studies and financial analysis are the two most important factors affecting credit performance. Therefore, the expected yield of the lending process, which is dealt with by good intelligence and financial analysis, is higher. Therefore, the study was designed to highlight the significance and necessity of financial analysis and intelligence in commercial lending processes in order to manage the credit risk that is one of the most important risks from the banking sector. Key Words: Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Commercial Credit Process
