Abstract (EN)

The use of financial technology by banks in Azerbaijan has been increasing rapidly in recent years. Financial technology, or simply "Fintech", is a sector that offers faster, more efficient and more accessible solutions by using digital technologies in the delivery of traditional financial services. Through digital channels such as internet banking and mobile applications, customers can manage their accounts, transfer money, pay their bills and perform other banking transactions. These technologies save time and energy by reducing the need for customers to visit bank branches. In developed countries, the use of Fintech is valid for all segments of society and used at the same level. When we look at developing countries, Fintech efficiency and reliability generally differ according to demographics due to the lack of information about financial technologies. It is important, both individually and institutionally, to encourage the use of Fintech by providing information about the benefits of Fintech to demographic groups where the use of Fintech is less preferred. In this regard, the aim of the study is to determine whether the Fintech efficiency and Fintech reliability of bank customers in Azerbaijan differ according to demographic factors. Keywords: Fintech, Banking, Azerbaijan Banks.
