Abstract (EN)

This study, analyzes the discussions about the system change and presidential and semi-presidantal system in Turkey. Thereby it tries to examine whether presidential or semi-presidantal system are proper or not for Turkey and whether it can solve the political crisis about the parliamentary system in country or not.This thesis aims at shedding light on political regime explorations under the light of our country?s constitutional adventure and by doing so, to evaluate presidantal or semi-presidential regime which is suggested as an alternative solution in order to get rid of destabilization problem in Turkey by taking different point of views into consideration. Data compension and literature survey methods have been aplied in this study.Key Words: Politics, Political Power, Instability, Parliamentary System, Presidential System, Semi-Presidantal System, Rationalized Parliamentary System
