Abstract (EN)

The Purpose Of This Study Is To Investigate Of Training Effect On Some Physical And Physiological Features In Male Basketball Players.14 elite (age 21.43 ± 2.82) and 12 amateur (age 21.00 ± 2.59) basketball players (total 26 players) were participated with an average age of years. The study involved the measurement of the parameters such as ages, heights, body weights, 10 and 20 m sprint times and 10 and 20 m sprint times with ball, agility and agility with ball, vertical jumps, right and left hand grips strengths , anaerobic and aerobic power (maxVo2).The participants were subjected to pre and post training tests and the results were evaluated by the use of t- test. The preparation phase consisted of 74 day general and special conditioning, technical and tactical exercises. There were 81 training and 12 preparatory matches played before the first match in the league.After the completion of the training period there were statistically significant differences observed between the control and experimental groups as regards to right hand grips, 10 m sprints, 10 m sprints with ball, agility and agility with ball at a level of p<0.05.It can conveniently be claimed that increase in the number of participants and groups will enhance the reliability and accuracy of the results.
