300 years to the Russian press and Turkish press in Russia

The beginning point of Russian press is the Vedomosti newspaper which was published by the studies of Czar Pedro I.. The Russian press had shown a difference: it has started its life by the Russian government and Czar was effective to give a shape to the Russian press. During the pass from feudalism to conditional monarchy the facilities of the press increased its speed. The concessions which had given by the Czar with the revolution 1905 gave chance to the Turkish press to increase its facilities with the Russian press. It has seen that the Turkish people satisfy their need by the newspapers and magazines which are about information and becoming more modern people. The period till the 1917 revolution was the golden age for the Turkish press. During the new government which was established with the revolution of October there had been an increase in the number of the range of the press. During this period until the Bolshevik Revolution the developments about the press stopped and press entered to a dark a age which will go on years. With the end of the Soviet Union scientific studies appeared which depends on the truth and the information which are objective. By the establishment of ideological party at Soviet Union press become active and until the end of Soviet Union, press made its facilities under the Communist party government. Press was one of the important factor during the manner of the policies of Glanost and Perestroyka. We faced the media as the programs which are serious in the range of life. The golden age which continued two years was ended because of the economical causes. The economical situations prepared a range for the huge capital owners to get the power of the media. Later it has seen that the capital owners used media as a toll for propaganda. After Vilademir Putin the organizations against the politicised Money owners change the way of the media and the government had taken the control of the media.
