In this study, two taxon, of genus Muscari (Muscari armeniacum Leichtlin ex Baker ve Muscari neglectum Guss.) which are belong to family of Liliaceae were collected from nine localities and were investigated by their morphological, anatomical, palynological and ecological features. The morphological features of species are given by compared with Flora of Turkey. In to the study morphological diversity of the flower colours and diversity of seed morphology were seen. For anatomical studies, cross-sections of the roots, stem and leaves and surface sections of the leaves of the species are investigated and the results are given. In anatomical transverse sections, taking over the raphide crystals and seen marginal parts like papilla in leaves are given great information for differences the species. In palynological studies, made by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Light Microscopy (LM) the monad, isopolar, bilateral symetry and monosulcate shape of aperture of the pollen are seen. Furthermore, for ecological investigations, the chemical and physical properties of the soil are given.Key Words geophyte, Liliaceae, monocotyledone, Muscari, Muscari armeniacum, Muscari neglectum, pollen, taxonomy, seed, bulbous.
